How often do you recommend home visits?
We suggest at least two visits per day, but we adjust according to your dog's routine and needs.

 

How long does each visit or stay last?

Home visits typically last around 60 minutes, but can also include longer periods or even overnight stays if you want the pet sitter to stay with your dog overnight.
During a family stay, the dog is welcomed into a safe and home-like environment, where it can stay during the day and/or night, receiving all the care and comfort it would have at home.

 

Can I choose the visiting times?
Yes. We adapt to the schedules that are most convenient for you and comfortable for your dog.

 

Can my dog stay at your house?
Yes. In the family stay option, the dog is welcomed into a safe environment, without cages, with routines adapted to what it is used to.

 

What if you have more than one animal?
We take care of all the animals in the house during visits, or we can assess the possibility of hosting more than one in a family stay, depending on compatibility.

 

What happens on days with bad weather?
Visits are proceeding normally, even in light or moderate rain. In case of extreme weather conditions, we will contact you to determine the best alternative.

 

Will the caregiver always be the same?
Whenever possible, we ensure continuity with the same pet sitter, creating a bond of trust with your dog.

 

My dog has difficult behaviors. Can you still take care of him?
Yes. Before starting any service, we conduct a free assessment to ensure we can provide a safe and suitable environment.

 

Do they clean up the waste and keep the space clean?
Yes. We ensure hygiene both during visits and stays, maintaining the animal's well-being and the cleanliness of the environment.

 

What is included in the family stay?
It includes at least two daily walks, playtime, constant companionship, and lots of pampering, just like at home!

 

What do I need to prepare for the job?
You should provide: food, leash, collar/harness and, if necessary, medication or specific instructions. And if you wish, a bed or blanket, favorite toys so that your pet feels more at home.

 

How do I know my dog is okay during the service?
During pet sitting, we send updates with photos and information about how your dog is spending the day. This way, you can rest assured knowing they are in good hands.

 

Can they administer medication to my dog while I'm on duty?
Yes. If your dog needs medication, we guarantee administration according to instructions. Just let us know in advance and provide what is needed.
